R&D New Field – Collaborative agreement about product development of Meat substitute based on original mushroom mycelium with NIZO is entered.

On Tuesday, May 9, 2023, a signing ceremony was held at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Tokyo to sign an agreement with NIZO of the Netherlands for the development of alternative meat products using our proprietary mushroom mycelium.

For details please watch the attached file.　We have been working on research and development to commercialize a new area of business using our culturing technology, and in conjunction with this collaboration agreement, we are pleased to announce that we are working on research and development of “meat substitutes” as a new business for the formation of a sustainable society.
