Function

Enhanced penetration effect
Compared to other companies’ fish sauce products, Fish sauce VP-K has a higher organic acids content-about twice the amount contained in soy sauce-which allows marinades and sauces to readily penetrate food.
Excellent masking effect
Compared to other companies’ fish sauce products, Fish sauce VP-K has a higher organic acid and amino acid content. Organic acid and amino acids have a masking effect that suppresses unpleasant odors in food and improves the flavor of dishes.
Food allergen labeling is not necessary
Anchovies are separeted from other varieties of fish and sea food, and used as an ingredient.
The product meets international safuty standards
Our proprietary manufacturing technology allows us to keep histamine levels at or below 200 ppm.
