In addition to research aimed at product development, we also undertake research on bioprocesses at fundamental and industrial manufacturing scales, as well as evidence-based evaluation of functional foods.
We develop and manufacture a variety of unique products, from food colourants such as Monascus Colour extracted and purified from the purple-red koji mould Monascus purpureus, to health-supporting functional food ingredients, and natural flavouring agents including sweeteners and acidulants.
