Agaricus Mycelia

Agaricus Mycelia is obtained by fermentation of a selected strain of Agaricus blazei Murill.It's 100% Agaricus Mycelia powder with a β-glucan content of 25%,which is more than 3 times higher than that of Agaricus fruit bodies. Expected physiological functions of this product are improvement of natural immunity and blood quality.

※The control mice were given physiogical saline only
The recommended dosage is 1.0-5.0g/day.

Fermented Agaricus

Fermented Agaricus is a unique product developed by auto-lytic fermentation of Agaricus blazei fruit body under controlled condition.It improves the solubility of β-glucan & protein,to yield free amino acids and accumulation of GABA(γ-Amino Butyric Acid).It shows functions such as antihypertensive effect, sleep inducer & activation of immune response etc.

The recommended dosage is 1.0-3.0g/day.

Plant Lactic Fermented Material

Plant lactic fermented material is a water soluble product obtained by fermentation of soy-protein with a selected plant lactic bacterial strain.It contains water-soluble soybean peptide and heat-killed lactic cell materials.It has improved physiological functions such as improvement of endurance,stress reduction,growth of good intestinal microbial flora and improvement of constipation in human subjects.

The recommended dosage is 0.6-1.0g/day.

Polyphenol JWG

Polyphenol JWG is polyphenolic product,obtained by extraction and purification from Japanese indigenous grapes. Japanese wild grapes have traditionally been long used as a restorative agent by pregnant women and elderly people. Polyphenol content is more than 40% and contains anthocyanin, proanthocyanidin and resvertrol.It shows various functions,such as antioxidant activity,anti-obesity,anti-glycation activities and other pro-cosmetic effects.

The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.2g/day.

Red Yeast Powder K-F(Monascus)

Red Yeast Powder K-F is obtained by fermentation of rice with a selected strain of Monascus sp. under aseptic condition and dried and powdered as it is or extracted and dried up to powder with a binder.

Profine

Profine is produced by 2-stage fermentation of rice by a selected strain of brewing yeast,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and by spray-drying of the supernatant extract. It is rich in free amino acids and low MW peptides. It is water soluble and is suitable to be used in nutritional- & health drinks. It shows anti-stress effect, beauty & fine-skin effect, improvement of poor circulation and endurance .

The recommended dosage is 0.25-0.90g/day.

Profiber

Rice Resistant Protein(RRP) is an indigestible product of Japanese sake cake, and is produced by 2-stage fermentation of rice with a selected strain of sake brewing yeast. It contains resistant protein and dietary fiber of rice and yeast cell wall materials. This is water insoluble and found to possess physiological functions, such as lowering of blood cholesterol and neutral fats ,improvement of intestinal environment and constipation.

The recommended dosage is 0.5-0.75g/day.

Ginger Koji Powder

Ginger Koji Powder is produced by fermenting ginger with Apergillus oryzae. The fermented ginger contains improved Shogaol content and digestive enzyme activities. It shows improved response to cold sensitivity, recovery of body temperature and prevents accumulation of fat.

The recommended dosage is 0.25-0.50g/day.

Grain Koji Powder

Grain Koji is produced by fermentation of a mixture of 7 types of grains (in a predetermined proportion) with Apergillus oryzae.
